Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being personal care and Ayurvedic wellness supplements, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and opened. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the safety and integrity of our customers.

Non Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used bottles of oil, capsules, or herbal products.
  • Products with tampered packaging.
  • Products with tampered packaging.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product delivered is expired, damaged, or defective.
  • Product not delivered even after 10 business days of confirmed shipping.
Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds (if applicable) are initiated within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or via UPI/bank transfer.

*Note –If any of the above conditions are met, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing: Kamapure69@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 9211979958, along with clear photos of the package and product.
