Where It All Began
My story isn’t unique – it’s the story of countless men. In my Late 30s, I was thriving professionally but struggling silently. I felt drained, mentally foggy, and embarrassed by my fading confidence in both personal and physical aspects of life. The worst part? I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. And temporary fixes just didn’t cut it.
That’s when I turned inward and backward – inward to my own roots, and backward to what my grandfather once taught me: Ayurveda.
His belief in the body’s ability to heal itself using herbs, rituals, and balance lit a fire in me. I began researching, working with Ayurvedic doctors, and testing ancient formulas.
What started as a personal healing journey slowly turned into a mission.
